Our client is a staffing and recruitment agency that delivers customized sales talent solutions across various industries. They partnered with us to hire a skilled Recruiting Sourcer to support their growing pipeline and internal recruitment operations. After a thorough screening process, we found Julieta.
What were the requirements?
The agency was seeking a detail-oriented and independent Sourcer to assist in building candidate pipelines efficiently. The ideal candidate needed to be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote setting. Key qualifications included:
- 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically building targeted candidate lists
- Familiarity with sourcing talent from Latin America was preferred

This role was essential to maintaining a high-quality recruitment workflow by feeding the top of the funnel with accurate candidate data. Core responsibilities included:
- Researching and compiling detailed candidate lists for open roles, including:
- Full name
- Current company and job title
- LinkedIn profile link
- Personal and/or work email address
- Using a variety of sourcing tools and databases to identify potential candidates
- Assisting the recruiting team by sending outreach emails on their behalf (no direct candidate contact required)
- Ensuring that all candidate lists were accurate, complete, and aligned with client needs
What was the candidate’s background?
Julieta is a Psychology graduate with honors from the University of Buenos Aires. She has practical experience providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults across both private practice and clinical settings.
Alongside her clinical work, Julieta served as a Semi-Senior Recruiter at a consulting center, supporting U.S.-based clients. In this role, she evaluated candidates’ intellectual competencies as part of a psychology-led recruitment team. She’s proficient in platforms like Workday, Yello, UiPath, and Alteryx, and thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
She holds an advanced English certification (C1) and is currently studying French. With strong analytical thinking, emotional intelligence, and a global perspective, Julieta brings adaptability and depth to corporate and client-facing roles.
