They reached out seeking a remote Bookkeeper / Accountant to manage financial tasks with experience in QuickBooks, a strong understanding of GAAP, and reliable data entry skills.
What were the requirements?
In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, the ideal candidate should meet the following expectations:
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience using QuickBooks. Preference for experience with purchase order and approval workflows in QuickBooks.
- Education: 2-year Accounting degree preferred.

- Availability: 15–20 hours per week, potentially increasing to full-time.
