Role Requirements
- 7+ years in senior financial roles, preferably as Controller in multi-location companies.
- Experience scaling high-growth businesses.
- Strong skills in financial forecasting, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel (financial modeling).
- Ability to communicate complex finance topics clearly.
- Experience with private equity or venture-backed companies (preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP and automation tools (preferred).
- MBA or equivalent preferred; CPA strongly preferred.

Financial Strategy & Forecasting:
- Develop and execute financial strategies supporting scalability and profitability across multiple locations.
- Lead financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and risk analysis to support growth initiatives.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and cost control.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Optimize financial reporting cadence; ensure timely, accurate reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, tax laws, and business licenses.
- Oversee external financial reporting, adhering to GAAP and regulations.
- Maintain robust internal controls to minimize risk and improve accuracy.
Budgeting & Cost Management:
- Lead annual budgeting and collaborate with departments on spending and cost-saving.
- Identify operational efficiencies and optimize workforce utilization.
- Ensure budgets align with business goals and financial targets.
Cash Flow & Liquidity Management:
- Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Anticipate cash needs and mitigate risks, including foreign currency exposure.
- Alert leadership on cash flow risks and recommend corrective actions.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Ensure efficient processing of payables and receivables.
- Manage vendor relationships and payment cycles to optimize cash flow.
- Oversee bookkeeping for accurate, timely records.
Financial Systems & Technology:
- Use financial tech to streamline reporting, forecasting, and automation.
- Drive system improvements for better financial visibility.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Monday.com preferred.
Risk Management & Internal Controls:
- Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Conduct audits and compliance reviews.
- Train teams on financial policies and risk mitigation.
